Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Ekvarny. We are committed to providing you with high-quality archival prints and artworks. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Returns and Order Cancellations
- No Returns: Due to the personalized and delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final, and we encourage you to thoroughly review your order before completing the purchase.
- No Order Cancellations: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please ensure all details are correct before submitting your order.
2. Exchanges
- Eligibility for Exchange: We accept exchanges only if the item you received is damaged or defective. To be eligible for an exchange, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Exchange Process:
- Contact Us: Email bhagyashri@ekvarny.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item.
- Approval: Once we receive your email, we will review the information and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.
- Return Shipping: If your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- Replacement: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send you a replacement. We will notify you by email once the replacement has been dispatched.
3. Refunds
- Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are only issued if a replacement item for an approved exchange is unavailable. In this case, a full refund will be provided.
- Refund Process:
- Notification: If an exchange request is approved but a replacement is not available, we will notify you via email that a refund will be issued.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of the approval notification. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
4. Exceptions
- Custom Orders: Custom or commissioned artworks are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges or refunds. Please ensure that all specifications and details are correct before finalizing a custom order.
- Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
5. Damage During Shipping
- Reporting Damage: If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately at [contact email] with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and item.
- Resolution: We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or a refund if a replacement is not available.
6. International Orders
- Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
